To say United States health care is broken and in need of repair suggests we can

articulate what United States health care must look like ꟷ that we can describe our goal. We can. The United States health care system must, as taxpayer funded infrastructure, provide universal access to affordable, basic/necessary, compassionate ꟷ safe, timely, efficient, effective, equitable/just, patient-centered care (ABC-STEEEP). For personal, family, institutional, community and national securities this goal, ABC-STEEEP, must be realized.
